A PORTRAIT OF PROFESSIONALISM

Jane has been a member of the Charleston community since 1966. Her extensive interest in traveling and food lead her to teach cooking classes during the 1970's. For several years she worked with Spoleto Festival, USA as a special assistant to its founder Gian Carlo Menotti and in more recent years has been the restaurant critic for the Post & Courier.

Jane's work experience in divergent venues has enabled her to interact with many different types of people and her love of ambiance allows her to visualize the optimum use for a particular property.

Jane is also a published author of Charleston - People, Places and Food.
